立春Born in January or February 2020?
In the popular calendar, the 2020 zodiac year began with Chinese New Year on January 25, 2020. Anyone born from January 1 to January 24, 2020 belongs to the previous year, the Earth Pig. BaZi (Four Pillars) astrology changes the year at Lichun, the start of spring, which fell on February 4, 2020 at about 17:07 Beijing time. That was after New Year, so if you were born between January 25 and February 3, 2020 (or on February 4 before about 17:07), the popular calendar makes you a Metal Rat while BaZi still counts you as an Earth Pig.
