立春Born in January or February 1991?

In the popular calendar, the 1991 zodiac year began with Chinese New Year on February 15, 1991. Anyone born from January 1 to February 14, 1991 belongs to the previous year, the Metal Horse. BaZi (Four Pillars) astrology changes the year at Lichun, the start of spring, which fell on February 4, 1991 at about 15:59 Beijing time. That was before New Year, so if you were born after Lichun on February 4 and before February 15, 1991, BaZi already counts you as a Metal Goat while the popular calendar still says Metal Horse.
