Wu Earth Day Master (戊): The mountain
Wu is Yang Earth, the mountain. It is solid, still and hard to move. If your Day Master is Wu, you are likely steady, trustworthy and calm under pressure, the person others turn to when things shake.

性格Wu Earth personality
Wu people build things that last and keep their word. They rarely rush, and once their mind is set it takes a lot to change it. The mountain's challenge is openness: when the landscape shifts, Wu can hold its position too long. Staying curious and willing to adapt turns its stability into real strength.
Strengths
- Stable, dependable and calm
- Keeps promises

事业Career and money
Wu Earth excels where reliability is the job: management, property, construction, finance, government, logistics and any role that holds a structure together. It is the colleague trusted with the keys, the budget and other people's problems.
感情Love and relationships
Wu is loyal and steady in love, more practical than poetic. Partners feel safe with it, but may want Wu to open up and share more of what it feels. In classical BaZi, Wu combines with Gui Water (戊癸合), a pairing traditionally read as natural attraction.
强弱Strong or gentle Wu Earth: your balancing element
Every Wu Earth chart is different, because the other seven characters decide how strong your Day Master is. A strong Earth Day Master, with plenty of Earth and Fire around it, is balanced by elements that channel its energy: Metal (Output), Water (Wealth) and Wood (Power). A gentle Earth Day Master needs the opposite: Fire (Resource) to nourish it and Earth (Companions) to back it up. Earth is strongest in the transition months between seasons, so the month you were born in carries the most weight. This is why two people with the same Day Master can need opposite elements.
